Changing what we eat and the way we eat may sound really hard at first because these habits are deeply ingrained but knowing how important it is for our health can easily motivate us to make this transition.

You can supercharge your health and happiness by changing your food habits. Start by focusing on fruits, vegetables and nuts. Exercise is also very important and is required by our bodies. Our diet is also dependent on it. It can be hard at first if you have never exercised a lot before, but you need to build momentum by trying really hard during the first two weeks and after that you just have to stick to this routine. Vitamins and minerals are also very important for our body as they function as antioxidants and help fight the free radicals entering our body from bad foods and pollutants. These vitamins and minerals can be added to our diet from the consumption of fruits, vegetables and grains. You can also take a multivitamin on a daily basis as it can also give your body the nutrients that it requires.

Our body requires proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals to function properly. Therefore, we should try and have a meal that is rich in all three of these macronutrient groups. Intake of fluids is also very important as two liter or approximately eight glasses of water are required to keep our body hydrated. We should avoid alcohol, coffee and artificial fruit juices and as they are not considered helpful fluids.
